Websites and Contact forms

- Experimenting with built-in ability of Google sites to embed Forms that I create in Google Docs. So I created some Forms and added one for the Testimonials "submit new" page and Contact Me "send message" page. I'm sure there's a way to customize the default white background on those form pages.

- also re-formatted the pages dealing with website services I can provide: domains, web hosting, and site design/maintenance. This website section is only about half done, and I've thought about simply hiding the pages for now until it's complete. But, who knows when I'll have time next to complete them the way I want, so I'm posted the pages visible anyway. Hah.
