My name is Jason Lim, your up-front, over-qualified computer repair guru. I was first CompTIA A+ certified in 1999 and have been running my business as a computer tech specializing in on-site computer repair since 2003.

I am a client-side focused support tech - not an ex-backroom server-side IT admin. I enjoy hopping from location to location, sitting by my clients, giving them the play-by-play during the computer repair process. It's a wonderful feeling knowing I have helped one more person demystify their computer during an appointment.

Due to my extensive insight in home and small office computing environments and my fair and up-front service rate, my clients can expect that their computer issues will be taken care of right the first time and without breaking the bank.
